As a trauma-informed therapist, I incorporate a blend of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Positive Psychology.
My work is also informed by the latest research in neuroscience and mindfulness, helping you to better understand the brain’s functions and their impact on emotional well-being. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, chronic illness, mood disorders, and providing support for veterans.
